Allowing selection of multiple buyers would allow managers to schedule daily metrics related reports to run for the buyers in their organization. Hardcoding of buyers is not feasible. Similarly, allowing selection of multiple PO document styles (e.g., Subcontract, PO, etc.) specific to a buyer would be another use case. We have other columns that have been requested for multiple selection. In these cases, a false fail condition is generated if the scheduled report returns no data if a trigger is not used, so a schedule event trigger was considered. However, the report is skipped if a parameter is configured as multi-parameter even if data is returned by the trigger. Per Oracle documentation, this appears to be a limitation of event triggers.
