Already Schedule jobs in BI Publisher doesn't consider any modification in job configuration

Organization Name (Required - If you are an Oracle Partner, please provide the organization you are logging the idea on behalf of): SouthernCo
Description (Required): If we try to re-submit an existing scheduled BIP job by changing any parameter e.g. - changing the FTP delivery path or adding a new email address in "notification" tab etc, the changed parameters are not captured and the schedule still runs with old/previous to the change values.
The only way we make it work is by deleting the old schedule and creating a new one. But ideally this should not be the case.
Example: if I make any changes to the existing schedule (Example - changing the FTP delivery path from "/PathA/FolderA" to "/PathB/FolderB") and resubmit the same job, the changes are not reflected. The schedule still runs and delivers the report in "/PathA/FolderA" instead of "/PathB/FolderB".
We would like Oracle to consider this idea as an enhancement request and work on it in the upcoming releases. We have many jobs that are being scheduled from BIP side. it's a lot of work to have to cancel jobs and redo for any changes.
Use Case and Business Need (Required): We have many jobs that are being scheduled from BIP side. it's a lot of work to have to cancel jobs and redo for any changes.

No, Its not reflecting in next schedule as well,
We have exchange rates are configured in parameters, if we need to do any value change in any of the parameter its not reflecting in the schedule reports, We need to redo all scheduling. We use to change the parameter values in the data model, should changing in the schedule reports will work?
Is any solution for this?
