Create average assignment count in oac

Hi,
How can I create a report showing the average assignment count for 1 specific year (2024 - from jan to dec) based on worker category and gender ? I would have the gender in columns, the worker catégories in lines and the average ass count as values.

You should be able to create a report like this using the HCM Subject Areas as documented here:

Here is the report using "Assignment count" : all good.
Here is the report using "AVG Assignment Count" :
I don't understand why… I want to have the average ass count from january to december (the whole 2024 year), based on what I have as attributes : Worker categories and Gender.
Any suggestion please ?
