Need API to get application name, application short name, application id

HI Team,

We need REST API to get application name, application short name, application_id and module_id etc. We are unable to find in oradocs.

Rquired API like APPLICATION_NAME, APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME, APPLICATION_ID, MODULE_ID etc.
