The balanced scorecard involves measuring four main aspects of a business: HR objective, Business Processes or Operations, Customers, and Finance. BSCs allow companies to pool information in a single report, to provide information into service and quality in addition to financial performance, and to help improve efficiencies. With the assumption that Performance Goals will be managed within HR and their target and actual values would be updated within HR system, I tried to configure simple balanced scorecard based on the best of my knowledge. I know the HR fraternity is moving away from BSC although there are some customers who are looking for such dashboard

I used delivered subject areas from Goal and Performance, moreover extracted and filter the values with Finance, Operational, HR Measures and customer goals point of view. You may need to configure / recorrect the filters based on your own data.
