How to exract SQL statements applied to BIP reports

At our organization, we would like to execute various scans on the SQL statements applied to BIP reports, for style, defect-checking, security, and more. The SQL is embedded in BIP report packages are in a binary format. We are looking for recommendations on how to extract the SQL statement code, which we can then send as input into one or more tools for scanning.

    This will be a great enhancement. Currently, in our organization, we are replacing one the existing fields with a new one and we have to scan through all the reports one by one. If we can get to extract the SQL statements, it will definitely help a lot.
