BU Security on Dimension

We have implemented OOTB BU security by assigning the Security Assignments to the user. The security is working fine at the report level when fact is present, however security is not getting applied on list of values since dimension is not secured.

As per the business need, we want security to get applied on dimensions as well so that users can only see those BU in list of values which they have access.

In FDI HCM - if you have used Business Unit Context then BU dimension is also secured along with facts.

If you are not observing BU security getting applied on BU dimension then can you please give specific details of the use case ? For further analysis , we may need a service request to be raised so that appropriate technical artefacts can be requested to debug if required.
