What do these options represent? Is the last 'User' an option to manually enter the exchange rate? If so, where can this be done?

- The list of exchange rate types available in the "Exchange Rate Type" dropdown is fetched from Fusion Applications (FA).
- For an exchange rate type to appear in FAW, it must be defined in the FA source system.

Thanks, Sumanth V -Oracle
In the FA source system (ERP), the rate type is Corporate. (This fluctuates monthly and are equal to the exchange rate on the first day of the month).
Is there an ability to also set up Fixed rates for USD/CAD which could be set to budgeted currency which is how reports are built using ERP?
