We are validating FAW reports against Fusion HCM and we need to know what exactly oracle is considering for active profile in FA.
Please share the logic behind Workers with Active Profiles.

@HithaHariKumar - If your query is on the logic in FAW HCM Profile matching subject area then please find the description as below:

HCM - Profile Matching provides details of the person profiles, job profiles, and the profiles that match against each others. The matching is measured through the scores provided for a profile against each job. The matching is done on the content types like competencies, degrees, and languages. It also provides the skill gap of the person profile against a specific job.

Could you please provide more details from Fusion side . That is if a worker is said to have active profile,what exactly we can see from fusion application for that worker as it is having active profile.

Could you please share more details from fusion application side.That is for a worker with active profile what is exactly we can see for that particular worker as part of active profile in fusion.

Is there any update on this question? How is FAW determining that a talent profile is "Active"? I have one person missing & their account on the application side looks fine so I don't know what I'm looking for. Additionally, how is FAW identifying profile accounts? I have 24 employees missing from my profile count & again their accounts look fine on the application side.
