We have a running environment of FDI but no data on it. How to read data from HCM cloud instance?

@Stefano_Mazzocca You should check if you have configured the HCM Pre-requisites before activating the Pipelines related to HCM functional areas. Also check if the Pipeline parameters specially the Initial Extract date is set to a date since when you have data in your Fusion HCM
