OBIEE12C Unable to Login to Analytics

Hi Team,
Unable to login to OBIEE Analytics on our existing OBIEE12c with Admin as well, we are getting below issue:
Issue1:
Error[nQSError: 77006] Oracle BI Presentation Server Error: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: Odbc driver returned an error (SQLDriverConnectW).SeverityError[nQSError: 13052] The authentication has exceeded the allowed amount of time.SeverityError[13011] Query for Initialization Block 'status' has failed.SeverityError[nQSError: 60009] The user request exceeded the maximum query governing execution time.SeverityErrorOdbc driver returned an error (SQLDriverConnectW).
Issue2:

Not sure if you already found the answer to this question, but for this error you should check the Init Block in the RPD using the Admin tool. Once you fix (or delete unnecessary) the Init block, the issue should be resolved.
