Setup BICC to extract files to External Storage (Azure Blob Storage)

Question

Our client has requirements to extract BICC PVOs incrementally into their Data Lakehouse (Azure-based solution, not OAC). Can we configure External Storage to extract files from Oracle Fusion Cloud to Azure Blob Storage? (Our client does not have OCI so there is no Object Storage). Additionally, are there REST API or SOAP webservice calls to retrieve the file from UCM to their required Azure Data Lakehouse for processing? If so, could you share?

BICC is not an Oracle Analytics product, it's part of the Fusion family.
