Add Requestor Department to Requisitions Subject Area.

Within the Procurement - Requisitions SA we have updated/created by Department. However, there are many instance were the creator of the Req is not the true Requestor. It would be very helpful to have the Dept of the requestor to create additional Key Metrics.

You cannot use the existing data within ADW to create any lookups or entity extensions due to the available columns and the existing join logic.
