Hello Gurus, I am working on a project where the customer is very excited about the AI/LLM model. They would like to understand though if we will be able to extend the model with new questions/use cases.

Is it possible to do that? I found a presentation from Openworld that seems to indicate that Zoom has done it or is doing it.

Can anyone confirm?
