At Solaredge we store the Country of Origin of the serials and we must be able to show this attribute in OTBI report
this data is a crucial data for the business and all transactions are based on this attribute

SolarEdge are managing millions of serialized items; the country of origin for each serial needs to be tracked, and this information is stored in the Serial Attributes DFF.

However, the customer is unable to use OTBI to report on these attributes because DFF's do not appear to be supported in the Inventory Balance Real Time subject area.
