We have a customer who is implementing HR Help Desk module, and also has the FDI platform with HCM Analytics licences.
While the analytics for HR Help Desk - Service Requests are available, there are no corresponding analytics available to report on the Case Management feature available in the module. This presents a significant challenge to the overall reporting, especially where case management metrics is an important aspect of the overall HR Service Delivery function within a business.
This ability is highly required to deliver a complete user reporting experience, and a must have in the world's leading HR Help Desk software.
Can this please be looked at for inclusion on a priority?
