    To access the IP portal, navigate to the OIM Oracle page. There, you need to check your eligibility for access. If eligible, submit a request, which will then be reviewed and approved by your Line Manager.

    We are finding that reviewing each folder one a time is very cumbersome. A report would be very helpful. It would also allow us to find when a specific user is not longer with the organization but still has access to a folder to clean that up.
