We wanted to modify the seeded name of elements in subject area to make it more user-friendly and intuitive. Is there a way to modify the same.
Eg:- We want to change the "Level 22 Code" to "Account".

Yes you can do that!
You can rename it when you use it.
In a prompt
select "Custom Label" = True then edit "Label"
In an analysis
select "Edit Formula" select "Custom Label" = True then edit the "Column and/or Folder Heading"
BTW Because this is SaaS the host have not given you privileges to edit the metadata repository database on the middleware application server so you are not allowed to update the names of the presentation tables and columns in the subject areas in OTBI. But you can of course do that in in your own RPD on PaaS or on-premise in OBI.
