Hi Community, I am recently seeing that multiple select options in OTBI is not working perfectly and the report jobs are getting failed. Is someone else facing this issue? What is the reason behind this issue and what is the fix?
It is working only once and then it starts failing. Need some suggestions

What is the issue! What is the error message? What is the sql you issue to get that error message? (cut paste since most people for security must not read attachments by strangers on the internet)
Assume this is a publisher report in OTBI (yellow) not an analysis in OTBI (blue). You said report jobs so does it fail if you run without schedule? Does it fail if you run data model without report? In the data model is your data set type sql with i) data source 1 of 3 application database or ii) logial query from subject areas data source biee? The syntax for multiple select is different as each is a different version syntax of SQL.

The report is running successfully but only once in 10
times. Rest times it is failing with Error:
SQL query time exceeds the limit (600 sec). Stopped processing.
[INSTANCE_ID=bip.bi_server1]
Note: This error is coming when I am scheduling the Report and the successful run is giving the report within 2 minutes
Please find the below screenshot where out of 7 schedules only one ran successfully(Parameters is same for all these runs)
