Semantic Model Extension - not able to see new column added on database

We have an existing custom Subject Area in FDI. We have added new columns to the backend database.
While creating a Semantic Model extension to add a physical column, I am not able to see that new column.

"Extend a dimension" to be used to add the new attributes (columns) in the Semantic Model Extension.
