What is the exact date the GL Account Analysis subject area will be deprecated?

I know we must move over to CAA from GL Account Analysis subject area soon. The timeline given on the release documentation states this will happen in 25.R3:
What is the exact date of this release? I cannot find a cutover date anywhere and it is hard to find a cadence for the planned releases in general. Our team needs to complete the conversion of reports by the time this is released. Please provide an exact date.
Thanks, Molly

Hi Molly - FDI 25.R3 release is scheduled for 13th August 2025.

Thank you @Sushil Dhoot-Oracle , is this documented somewhere so I can also review these dates for future releases?

FDI major releases are schedule quarterly - February, May, August, and November typically around the middle of the month. The exact dates are generally notified through email.

@Sushil Dhoot-Oracle Thank you. I do not get these notifications but I am listed as the admin everywhere in the cloud console. How can I enable these notifications?

@Sushil Dhoot-Oracle is it possible to push the date for this back? I had attended a webinar for fusion analytics earlier this month and asked when GL Account Analysis would be deprecated and they said the deprecation date moved back to 25.R4. This conflicts with the documentation and your statement, so can you please confirm again?
If it is still 25.R3, it is not feasible for our firm to update all of our reports by August 18th. This is a very manual process and we have a lot of reports. We have begun the work, but this would not be possible. August 18th is new information, as both account admins were never notified of this date. Both admins have checked their email history. Please provide the subject line and sender of these emails so we can double check with our email security team.@Jamie Anderson-Oracle I am wondering if you can help get an answer for this as it is time sensitive.
Thanks,

@Molly P - I think you may need to have administrative access to the OCI console to get the release update emails Sushil is referencing (this is different than just admin access within Fusion Data Intelligence). If you do already have admin access there and are still not getting the emails, please submit an SR.
I've passed your question regarding the GL Account Analysis onto Sushil.I've also reached out to our documentation team to inquire if we can include question regarding getting admin notifications in our Fusion Data Intelligence FAQs going forward.

Thank you Jamie, that would be helpful. I created an SR as I am an admin in the OCI console.
@Sushil Dhoot-Oracle I will await your response confirming the deprecation date of GL Account Analysis and the possibility of us pushing it back if it is still August 13th.
Thanks,
Molly

@Jamie Anderson-Oracle are you able to confirm the deprecation date given my explained confusion above? Sushil is not answering and this is time sensitive. Certainly the date can be confirmed by Oracle.
Thanks,
Molly0
