Configuring EEO-1 Establishment Electronic Report

Question

We're interested in using this report: EEO-1Establishment Electronic Report. Before the report can be generated, the following information must be configured.

* Locations
* Jobs and EEO job categories
* Payroll statutory units
* Tax Reporting Units (TRUs)

We have Locations, Jobs and EEO job categories already set up in Oracle FDI, in a subject area. Is it possible to load the existing information from our subject area instead of manually re-entering each location, job, and job category?

Thank you for your response! The challenge that we're facing with the EEO-1 report is that we need to configure the legal employers and the tax reporting unit for each location before running the report. We have hundreds of locations, so we were hoping to find an easier way than manually entering the information for each location. Is it possible to upload a flat file with the information instead?

Welcome to Oracle Analytics Community.

The EEO-1 report documentation that you have shared is from Fusion SaaS. If you are using Fusion HCM, you should be able to generate EEO-1 from fusion. Are you facing any challenges with that? Why you want to generate it from FDI instead?
