Add Multiperiod Flag Column to CAA

Our users create a lot of reports for GL and AP cross subject analysis. CAA has invoice and invoice distribution details available, but there is no indicator if an invoice distribution is multiperiod or not. This kind of thing is analyzed quite often so I am proposing a column is added to reflect multiperiod invoices.
