Since 25C when scheduling a report, the default time zone shows the schedule tab, for us its GMT.
Once the calendar is selected the default is now (UTC-11:00) Midway - Samoa Time (ST)
Can the time zone default be returned.

I suspect this timezone issue is now also playing havoc with our intergratioins processing datetimes.

Have you tried raising an SR with Oracle Support on this issue? Also, can you please post on cloud customer connect to get better response. As this is not an idea , so I would suggest to create a post first.

There is a known defect for this issue pending on development fix.
The alternative solution is to manually change the date in the Start and End date.

Update from my SR was 'There is a known defect for this issue pending on development fix'.
I asked if it would be in 25D and the answer 'There is no decision on if 25D will include the fix yet. But development has already fixed it in a patch.' So hoping it will be in 25D.
