Not receiving totalResults value while using filter in /hcmRestApi/scim/Users restAPI

We tried using the below query:
https://hctz-dev2.fa.us2.oraclecloud.com/hcmRestApi/scim/Users?totalResults=true&filter=(active eq true) to find all the active users in the HCM but we are not able to get the totalResults value until we remove the filter parameter.

Seems like you do not have access to check for active users. It is an Administrator role:

Your question isn't related to FDI for HCM, but directly about the Fusion app HCM. This is the Oracle Analytics forum covering only Oracle Analytics products.
You should ask your HCM question in the forum covering Fusion apps and HCM:
You will see the list of categories is quite long, but there are many dedicated to HCM.
