Need PVO for fusion GOP tables MSC_HVGOP_DAILY_AVAIL_REPORT and MSC_HVGOP_WEEKLY_ALLOC_REPORT

Our current requirement needs to capture the data in these tables and it is not possible to get the entire data using BIP in one go. Also the nature of data load to these tables purges and reloads the entire tables which makes it impossible to get delta only changes. Availability of PVO for these tables would be a must for getting the entire data without partitioning.

@ Sridhar: Can you please provide some further details on the requirements? We would like to analyze the use case and the report/dashboard/metric samples to recommend the best approach. Assuming the customer already has FDI SCM Analytics
