OTBI Export to Excel or CSV limitation
Comments

Much needed!
How is it possible it still needs more votes after 5 years!? Come on Oracle that limitation is very small.
I cannot schedule detailed report for 13 Learn Courses with multiple activities for medium size company… would need to separate it into three separate reports even in csv…
Kind Regards,

Hi Everyone,
Please note that when you use Export > Data > Excel, the rows limit is 250K
But that works only when exported manually, not via Agents(Sorry if that was brought up already, it's hard to go through 11 pages to check)
Kind Regards,

I just tested this on 25C and it only exported 75k rows on a report that should have exported 82k. Is it possible there is some kind of configuration?

I'm on the 25C too. I hope, someone from Oracle clarifies that.
@Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle - Can we ask for help here? What you brought up sounds like a BI Scheduled report limit. I talked about manual, adhoc Export from the console.
Kind Regards,
TJ0 -
Mine was a manual ad-hoc run as well, using the Export button at the bottom of the report and looks identical to your screenshot in your original comment (Export>Data>Excel)

Could you clarify what you mean by "console"? I typically use the Navigator and go to Tools>Reports and Analytics, then click on Browse Catalog, navigate to the OTBI report and run it manually from there.
My last comment was incorrect, as your screenshot looks very slightly different than what my export looks like. See my screenshot for what mine looks like0 -
Sorry for the confusion - I meant Catalog not console.
Okay so we do the same thing.
Hmmm interesting. Do you use Learn module Mike?
Kind Regards,
TJ0 -
No I don't. How do you think that might relate to this issue?

I thought about providing you the report archive I used just out for curiosity but it is learning related so won't work for you. Not much more I can help with... Let's hope for Oracle's assistance then.
Kind Regards,
TJ0
