FDI License Report

We are wanting to create a report that will list all active FDI users and the license they are consuming.

I know there is the Common - Usage Tracking Subject Area, however this lists all users even if they are no longer active.

Is it possible to pull this data from a table in the ADW and expose this in FDI so that we can manage the license consumption from a report?

@Georgina Sawyer - Unfortunately we don't have any such option currently. You can file an Enhancement request in our Idea Lab with your business justification requesting this feature in future releases for Product Management team's review.

FDI integrate with Oracle IDCS for user and role management. You can use IDCS to retrieve the list of active users.

Steps:

Log in to Oracle Identity Cloud Service or IAM as an administrator.
Navigate to Users in the menu.
Use the Filter option to view only active users:
- Filter by Status = Active.
Export the list of active users if needed:
- Click the Export button to download a CSV file.

You can use the CSV to create a dataset and make a DV workbook out of it.

Is there any way to bring in this data as live data rather than having to export the data each time a change in users is made?

did you find out the FDO licence name and how are they counted please?
