FDI People Leaders dashboard

In the FDI People Leaders dashboards, on the Hires and Terminations pages, the graphs for Hiring Trend by Gender and Termination Trend by Gender, as well as the Hiring Predictions for the Next Three Months and Termination Predictions for the Next Three Months, are not displaying the correct hiring or termination information by month.
The other graphs on the dashboard appear to be accurate.
Also noticed an issue with the year filters:
When filtering for year 2024, associates hired or terminated on 12/31/2023 are still included in the graphs/reports. At the same time, associates hired or terminated on 12/31/2024 are excluded from the data/graphs.

- Review the subject areas and columns used in those dashboards and confirm correct date columns and filters.
- Validate data pipeline freshness for HCM Hire and Termination datasets.
- Check dashboard filters, user roles, and data security settings for unintended restrictions.
- For prediction charts, verify the model setup and retrain if needed.
- If the problem persists, review Oracle’s known issues for your version or consider raising a support ticket.
