Looking for PO line quantity column in Purchasing Subject Areas

Hi,

I am preparing an OTBI report for Purchase Order and looking for Line Quantity Column, i see Ordered Quantity column in subject area- Procurement - Purchasing Real Time. But its showing blank. Then tried to calculate it with Line Amount/Price, but it will return zero if line price is 0.

May i know which column has to be used to fetch PO Line Quantity.

    In Oracle Fusion OTBI, when creating a report using the "Procurement - Purchasing Real Time" subject area, the PO Line Quantity can be tricky to locate because of how data is exposed and not all columns behave as expected in all use cases (e.g., for partially approved or complex lines).

    In the subject area: Procurement - Purchasing Real Time

    Use the column: "Purchase Order Line Quantity"
    (from folder: Purchase Order Line Details)

    This column shows the ordered quantity at the line level, and works correctly for most PO types (standard, blanket, etc.).

    • In some contexts, "Ordered Quantity" refers to the header level, which doesn't hold a value unless it's a single-line PO.
    • It's also possible that it's null for POs that aren't fully approved or not submitted yet.
