Hi Mohan,
BIACM is a part of OBIA. The UI does not allow all jobs to be deleted all at once but if you have a unique situation, you could delete the source(s) from _BIACOMP.C_DATA_SERVER and that would work. You should log a SR with OBIA before doing that to discuss the root problem and see if there are alternatives.
BICC is a part of Fusion Application / OTBI. As mentioned above, it is best to post that question to the FA?OTBI forum but the documentation is here for you to review:
It seems like you can delete individual jobs and schedules and not all individual jobs.

From BICC > Manage Job > you can delete the jobs
