Where to find employee contract dates?

Hi,
We're building KPI dashboards for HR admins and line managers and want to create overviews of new hires and ending contracts.
We're unable to find important employee dates like projected start date and contract end date. Can anyone help us locate these dates?

If I remember correctly, here’s where you generally find those dates:

1. Projected Start Date:

Usually, this is associated with the Assignment or Person data.
In FDI templates, this date often appears under the Assignment object.
Field names you might see:
- ProjectedStartDate
- AssignmentStartDate (sometimes the actual start date if no projected date)
This date indicates when the employee is expected to start or started the assignment.

2. Contract End Date

This is often linked to the Assignment as well, especially for contract or temporary workers.
Field names:
- ContractEndDate
- AssignmentEndDate (if related to the contract period)
This date specifies when the employee’s contract or assignment ends.

Hi @RVohra,

Do you mean the Assignment Information in the Worker area of the HCM - Workforce Core FDI subject area?
We can find assignment start and end dates, but the contract dates and projected start date are nowhere to be found anywhere in the Worker area.

Assignment dates are not sufficient, for example when working with Pending Workers. In those cases, we're not interested in the assignment startdates of the PW record, but we want to know the projected start date of the employee record of that same PW.

Interested to hear if there's a way to get those dates into Analytics!

Employee contract details are not directly available in FDI.

You can find them in HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.AssignmentAM.ContractPVOViewAll

We must create a data augmentation in order to extract this data.
