It depends on where this note is stored (i.e., what type of plan it is – Workforce Compensation, Variable Compensation, etc.)

* Go to Subject Area:
Workforce Compensation - Compensation Plan Details Real Time\

* Look for Plan Delivered Notes, Manager Notes, Recommendation Notes

* You might check Worker Compensation Plan Detail → Look for Notes or similar text fields.
