@Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle We’ve been digging into the Openings to be Filled metric and are really excited about what it can show us. I have a few follow-up questions listed below, but please let me know if there’s a better way to share these. Our organization calculates Openings to be Filled for open requisitions only (excluding Open-Filled and Open-Canceled). We are noticing a small number of Openings to be Filled on canceled and filled requisitions. More importantly, we’re also seeing openings on requisitions in other phases like Approval, Draft, and Job Formatting. To address this, I’ve been filtering by Phase and State, but I’m seeing historical numbers shift over time. Each day, the past data changes. My assumption is that this happens because the job’s phase/state changes over time. Is there a way to view what the Openings to be Filled count was on a specific date, based on the requisition’s Phase/State at that point in time? Curious how other organizations are handling this, or if I am missing something. Thank you so much! 0
