There is no information about the product you are using (full name and version), or what kind of request you are sending and how.

Maybe the place to start would be a new question, where you provide all the details. And there it will possible to point you in the right direction. Your question isn't really the same as the one in this thread.

Also, you joined today, welcome to the Oracle Analytics community and forum. As a community, the idea isn't to get a private 1-to-1 support to fix your issue without the community having any benefit from it.

Start a new question, post all the details, and from there you should easily get a solution (the SOAP webservice has been working for 15 years, there aren't many reasons for it not working).
