Hello Everyone,

I am working on Oracle Fusion Sourcing (Procurement). When an RFQ is submitted and published, the system sends an invitation email to the supplier with a PDF attachment (commonly referred to as the Supplier PDF).

This PDF is generated from the report named “Supplier Negotiation PDF Report”.
However, when I open this report in BI Publisher, I only find the layout, and I cannot locate the Data Model associated with it, as it does not appear in the same folder or under the report properties.

My requirement is to customize this attachment by modifying both:

  • The layout (RTF Template), and
  • The data model / SQL extract behind it.

Question:
Where can I find the Data Model that drives the Supplier Negotiation PDF Report so that I can modify the fields and structure of the PDF?
Is this Data Model located in a different folder, embedded, or delivered through another standard object under Procurement / Sourcing?

Any guidance or navigation path would be greatly appreciated.

    The Supplier Negotiation PDF Report (the PDF attached to supplier invitation emails) is a delivered seeded report whose Data Model is not stored in the same folder as the layout.

    You might need to navigate to folders under ..Shared Folders > Procurement > Sourcing >.. to locate the correct folder. Hope it helps!

    I have already checked the data models available under Shared Folders > Procurement > Sourcing >

    and tried running several of them by passing the Auction Header ID in the parameters after linking them to the Report, but none of them return the data structure that matches the Supplier Negotiation PDF Report layout and PDF returned Empty.

    Because of that, I’m not able to confirm which specific Data Model is actually being used to generate this PDF attachment.

    I would like to understand:

    Which exact Data Model is linked to the Supplier Negotiation PDF Report.

    If you aren't using FDI, and apparently you aren't, you should consider asking the question in forum covering the product you are using: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect

    Publisher as a technical solution doesn't have any data, models, layouts. You are working with pre-built content delivered with a Fusion product, therefore the Cloud Customer Connect forum is the one in charge of the topic. It's a parallel, but fully independent, forum covering all the Fusion products, including their data models, data, reports, and a few other cloud products.
