Very much required to automate the BICC jobs.

This is not supported at this time, but supported from the BICC UI console. Please consider RPA to automate this operation.

This is not a solution to this issue, The solution is exposing the process via an api call. There is no need for all of us to implement a hack via RPA when Oracle can/should just expose it.
