I need to build an OTBI report to display active headcount of company for previous 3 years taking year as input parameter. Please help.
Below is the exact requirement:
Bar graph for showing the Growth Rate (across all BU) for past 3 years.

But the requirement is to display all 3 years headcount in same report with respect to BU. That is where i am unable to proceed. Please advise.
