Hi @Abhishek Bajpai - CEAL Team-Oracle ,
I have completed the 3 out of 4 serial videos on the Fusion Analytics series. That was very informative even though some things were redesigned. Thanks for the hard work there.
My question is with Security part. As you can see, I could not see the OOTB security implementation part. Right now, I am in a FDI Project where Security Implementation is not aligned properly.
I am not able to use session variables there. Even the query is not running. Asked the Oracle SR Team - They are saying that FDI doesn't support Session Variables! That was a letdown.
We tried the other way using the Security Configuration/Assignments/Context's approach which was recommended by the Oracle SR Team. But there is not a single video or illustration on how to implement it or may be automate it using the new Security Assignments using a table in the ADW - You get the point here.
If there is any way that you can guide many of us regarding this security implementation; It will be very helpful to the community.
Regards,
A Vidhan Reddy0
