Add Management Level Field to FDI HCM Subject Areas

In HCM Subject areas under Common > Job, the management level field is not included.

We would like to see this field included as it is a common attribute that we group by (similar to job function, level, job family that are already included in the subject areas).

    • Cost Center
    • FLSA Status
    • Seniority Date(s)
    • Last Day Worked
    • Payroll Frequency
    • Work Email
    • Home Email

    As shown above, I do not see Common > Job under HCM Subject areas in one of my 25D pods.

    Can you please share where can I find more information about this one. Appreciate it.

    12/22/2025 edit. The Management Level job attribute is not limited to the subject areas from these examples (there are other subject areas with the job attributes) - I wanted to provide a couple of screenshot examples to help.

    Example from Fusion OTBI Subject Area: " Workforce Management - Worker Assignment Real Time", the job folder in OTBI contains Management Level:
