The Toggle Maintenance Mode design needs to be changed. It is too easy to inadvertently put BI in Maintenance mode by clicking the Toggle Maintenance mode link in Administration which means no reports will run until it is switched back. As with other settings in Administration users should have to go into the link to switch to Maintenance Mode instead of just clicking on the link from the Administration page.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

This feature can cause a work stoppage if the Toggle Maintenance Mode link is inadvertently set to 'N'. This could result in a SEV1 or SEV2 issue if users are not able to run any reports.
