Data Augmentation for contract history

Question

Hello,

Both of these PVO don't give the history of a contract for a data augmentation :

HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.AssignmentAM.ContractPVO

HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.AssignmentAM.ContractPVOViewAll

I need to have in the adw the history of the contract, especially the field ContractPEOType.

I checked in HCM though BI Publisher and I can see the history in PER_CONTRACTS_F.

1 - Is there a way to get the history from any PVO or what is the best solution for me to get the history from PER_CONTRACTS_F ?

2 - Is it possible to create a data augmentation directly on PER_CONTRACTS_F ?

Hi @User_HLD1R The subject area HCM - Employment Contracts is designed to fetch history records. Can you build a report like this and test?

@User_HLD1R , you are right these PVOs are exposing the current contract rows and does not show history.

HcmTopModelAnalyticsGlobalAM.AssignmentAM.ContractPVOViewAll

You should explore full extract using custom BICC extract on PER_CONTRACTS_F.  Hope it helps!

Yes I enabled Employment Contracts subject area and I checked following tables but still don't see any history :

DW_WRKFRC_CONTRACT_EVENT_EF

DW_WRKFRC_CONTRACT_DURATION_D_TL

DW_WRKFRC_CONTRACT_TYPE_D_TL

That's the reason why I am trying to do a data augmentation.

Is it normal ?
