AR Total Outstanding is not matching with Oracle Fusion

I can see that FDI shows there is outstanding from a customer under Total Outstanding column but when reviewed the customer account in AR(Oracle Fusion) there is no outstanding.

I tried looking in data validation tab for validating this matric but its not available.

I also tried at transaction level, but FDI treats transaction and payment as different rows and showing the outstanding as +ve and -ve values.

Can anyone faced the similar issue/ any approach to validate the FDI Total Outstanding or a way to get customer balances.

    Hello @User_3SSHM,

    The Total Outstanding from a customer could be different in FDI compared to Fusion if the Pipeline has not run for the day (depending on how often you run it). This is the first thing to check.

    If could also be different if the Transaction in Fusion had not been closed or 'Accounted'.
