The Gains and Losses subject area lacks several critical fields needed to efficiently analyze internal movement. Adding these fields would significantly improve our ability to understand movement patterns, drivers, and impacts across the organization. Attached is a proposed list of fields we would leverage, with the most critical items highlighted.
The highest priorities are Department or Organizational Hierarchy, Legal Employer Name for both From and To records, Job Function and Job Family for both From and To records, and Midpoint Value.
