Persons interested in status and progress of rebuild permits for residences impacted by the Eaton Fire in January 2025.

The Eaton Fire visualization charts progress of housing permits applied for after the fire for rebuilding Altadena. Stages of the permitting process will give the user and overview of how many residences of the total destroyed are being rebuilt. Use the right click on mapped homes to view individual home street level progress.

Oracle Visualization tool for forecasting was utilized to predict the next 90 days of permitting for both single family residences and overall structures.
