I trying to install BI Publisher 64 bit , I'm getting an error that states "Set Word2007 flg failed".
Error seems to be pointing something with Word2007, looks like you downloaded some older version.
You should Uninstall the whatever version you have (it might be partially installed or corrupted)
Get the latest plugin

Thanks all . I have installed bi publisher latest version 64-bit and installed all the files as administrator, it is working now.
