Gender Pay Gap

Question

We are trying to setup some dashboard to show Gender Pay Gap. We think one of the best option we have is to upload a python script in order to pre calculate imported data. Here are some examplese:

We didn't understand yet what should be the inputs and outputs of .py file and how .yaml file is supposed to be

If you take the semantic model into AIDP then you should be able to achieve that but I am not a Python expert so can't help with that side sorry.

Thank you Daniel but this is still not sufficient since we need to calculate the adjusted gender pay gap formula, that's why we need multiple linear regression

@Stefano_Mazzocca If you are using Oracle Payroll and have the FAIDP (FDI) pipelines configured in the console then you should have a Turnover by Compa Ratio Workbook. This doesn't have gender in it but if you go into the editor then you can quickly add this visualisation so you wouldn't need to use Python. The workbook is at Shared Folders/Oracle/Fusion HCM/Detail Dashboards/Workforce.

On connecting this to the AIDP Workbench to create and apply AI models, I haven't done this personally but you should be able to connect to the schema as a Volume (might not be the right term sorry) which would connect to the data rather than replicate it.
