What might cause some users to receive an “Insufficient permissions” error when signing in to our SSO‑enabled FDI instance provisioned from Fusion?

As per Error, its an permission Issue -
Check your fusion application and see you have enabled the IDCS sync. take one user and see the permission/roles assigned to user to debug further. most of the time its an issue with roles assignment Only.

I'm getting the same error. I was able to login until 24 hours ago. IDCS has been synced. Otehr users are able to login too
