I want to keep track about my customers, like how many join/left and rejoin on daily basis. Also want to track with many other attributes.
Does FDI support SCD-2 or change data capture (CDC)?

We do have a Preview Feature for CDCs described here: https://docs.oracle.com/en-us/iaas/analytics-for-applications/doc/capture-data-changes-preview.html
SCD-2's are a little more dependent on the Subject Areas. I assume you are referring to the HCM > Workforce core SA? It does include effective date content that may be useful to you. You could always create a Data Augmentation and SME to bring in data you specifically require.
