Which functional area to be reloaded in FDI if Workforce Core → Potential Ratings fields such as (Potential ratings date from/to), numeric rating, rating model name, level name (all the profile details) are not giving lates data in FDI when compared with fusion.

Hi @User_BR9YB This is coming from the Talent Profiles data of the worker. However, the Workforce Core functional area itself sources this data from Profiles, you do not have to refresh other functional areas.

Hi @Raghavendra Raghunath-Oracle - Even after refreshing Workforce management functional area, data is still not reflecting in FDI. Any possible reasons & solution which can be used to fix this ?

Hi @User_BR9YB This data is leveraged from the Talent Profile data of the worker. One way of validating it is checking if the data exists using one of the OTBI subject areas named Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time. This subject area has separate dimension folders related to performance and potential. You can pull up those attributes along with Worker dimension attributes, filter for the specific worker to see if data exists or not.
